11/10: I've been sick this whole time. Even today I got fatigued and had trouble standing and focusing. I do okay at day job phones, but anything else wears me out. I spent 3 hours on a commission yesterday, and will do more commission work Mon. and Tues. I will spend Thurs. and Fri. on SwordCat Princess, and will try to have the next page done by next Sat.

11/01: Still very sick, this has been a rough few days. I've only been able to to the day-jobbing. I will try to get page 5 up by Saturday or Sunday.

10/27: Working through cold at day job, so no new page today. Sorry. It is half-pencilled and will be up ASAP.

I agreed to paint my mom's bathroom for quick colorist cashARRRRGGHH.

Turns out the drywall has moisture damage, so I've spent most of the last week sanding and patching and patching and patchARRRGGGGHHH. Page 4 is almost finished, but I've been so tired in the couple of spare hours I've had that I've fucked up the perspective four sepaRRRGGGHHrate timAAAARRRGGGGGGHH!!!

Spending Sunday morning on it, should be up by 12pm. So soARRRRGHHry about the wait.

First few comments are for this placeholder, a commission that prevented me from finishing this page on time...

This was only good once the white paint hit. I showed my wife the initial inked stage and she asked "Where's the dog?". There was a LOT more black...

It's my first big commission, and I'm pretty happy with it. Almost forgot the the whiskers(!).

As usual, COMMISSIONS ARE OPEN! Send me a PM, or hit me up on Facebook or Twitter. My rates are reasonable -- don't reason a cow.

Soup sock,

Yea, it's weird doing realistic stuff like this. You almost have to work backwards. Especially with paintings. I'm still not to that level yet.

Yeah, this basically ended up being a b&w painting more than what I originally intended, which was just supposed to be comic book lineart. It was fun but challenging. I'd have inked a bit sloppier if I'd known the black was mostly underpainting.

DOGGY XD awesome page. It hasn't been updating for a while, I think. Still loving the story, though. :)

Sorry for the update lack, I have been VERY sick for about a week and a half, and was painting my mom's bathroom before that which took another week and half.

Thanks so much!

This wonderful lady is a regular at my local Starbucks, where I go to write most of Eternal Knights. She is also my first donor -- thanks to her, I was able to afford some art supplies to draw the next few pages with.:)
